Questions

Visiting GIA.

Do I need an appointment?

Booking ahead is best, so the right doctor is free when you arrive. Call or WhatsApp the clinic you want to visit: Gunadala on 090772 93949 or Gurunanak Colony on 092814 93949. The front desk confirms a time with you directly.

Do both clinics offer the same treatments?

Yes. Dr Sai Santosh, Dr Lalitya Dandamudi and both orthodontists work at Gunadala and Gurunanak Colony, so every treatment is available at either clinic.

What are your opening hours?

Both clinics are open from 10 AM to 8:30 PM. Some specialists see patients at set times, so call ahead for an orthodontic or surgical consultation.

Which doctor will I see?

You see the specialist for your treatment: Dr Sai Santosh for implants, surgery, face and hair; Dr Lalitya for children; Dr Naveen G or Dr Samata for braces and aligners; and Dr Sreeja or Dr Pravalika for general dental care.

Do you treat children?

Yes. Dr Lalitya Dandamudi holds an MDS in Paediatric and Preventive Dentistry and sees children at both clinics.

Who performs hair transplants at GIA?

Hair transplants are planned and performed by Dr Sai Santosh, an oral and maxillofacial surgeon with a Masters course in hair transplantation.

How are instruments sterilised?

Every instrument goes through our three-step sterilisation process, including a Runyes Class B autoclave, and stays sealed in a sterile pouch until your treatment. Needles, syringes and suction tips are single-use. Hygiene, sterilisation and patient safety are the standard at GIA Clinics, for every patient.

Is GIA Clinics ISO certified?

Yes. Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 by Paramount Quality Certifications (certificate QA-63237/0926, valid to September 2029).

Is there car parking?

Yes, both clinics have parking for patients.

Is there wheelchair access?

Yes. Both clinics are wheelchair accessible. Tell the front desk when you book if you need any help getting in.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Any earlier X-rays, scans or prescriptions, and a list of the medicines you take. Children should come with a parent or guardian.

Do you see patients from outside Vijayawada or India?

Yes. International and NRI patients can share photos or X-rays on WhatsApp first and plan visits around their trip. See our international patients page.

Do you offer EMI?

EMI is available for aligner treatment. Ask the front desk about other treatments.
